Interesting read about HP's revenue numbers from Channel Web about their rumoured decline in revenue (The Bad), rumour that GP dollars didn't decline at the same rate (The Good for HP). The WOW, some dealers are having an increase in HP sales.
Wondering why and how?
These VAR's are Selling solutions, Cost Savings and Return on Investments, not just printers and supplies. These dealers understand the Lifetime Value of a Customer.
