Ikon 3131CP has fairly good features that are outweighed by the cost of maintenance supplies. Maintenance supply prices are insane! Additionally, aftermarket is not intersted in supplying Ricoh knock-off toner for this model. Over $700.00 just to replace all the toner cartridges. Very, Very Poor small business choice for those of us interested in controlling cost !
